Our family firm began in 1921 in Los Angeles. We have been in Santa Barbara as an independent appraisal firm since 1973 with Brian Barnwell as the principal  appraiser.   We have the latest and most extensive stable of  data services available and a full  array of technological  methods of delivery and development.

Mr. Barnwell is a Certified-General Real Estate Appraiser with the State of California.  He was a licensed General Contractor for several years and is certified with the State of California to teach real estate appraisal courses at the local Santa Barbara City College.
