narrative & short narrative reports, Employee Relocations, and Federally Approved Bank Loan formats for all types of real
estate including houses, apartments and industrial/commercial properties.
General Consultation
We are available to assist
in all manner of appraisal related topics including valuations for divorce settlements, foreclosure, bankruptcy, death, conservation
easements, leasehold and leased fee valuation, IRS matters, and partnerships. We have provided expert witness testimony
in court proceedings in Santa Barbar County since 1971.
We specialize in commercial/industrial
valuation and high-end residential. Our office is also available for lender work in existing single family residential, apartments,
and new construction.
